Memo, Returns, & Shipping Policy
At Noelle Habib, we want you to feel confident in your gemstone selections. We understand these are thoughtful purchases, and we offer flexible options for returns and exchanges.
Memo Terms
Gemstones may be taken on memo for client presentation and evaluation, typically for up to 10 days unless otherwise agreed.
By accepting memo items, you agree to:
- Return or purchase items within the memo period
- Keep all goods in original, undamaged condition
- Provide full insurance coverage while items are in your possession
- Return items upon request or by the due date
- Not sell, modify, or transfer items before purchase
Items not returned by the due date will be invoiced in full. Loss, damage, or failure to return items may affect future memo eligibility.
Returns
Items may be returned within 10 calendar days of memo or purchase for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original, undamaged condition
- Include original packaging and documentation
Return must be approved in advance via email with your memo or invoice number and reason for return.
Exchanges
- After 10 days, items may be exchanged for store credit
- After 90 days, exchanges are at Noelle Habib’s discretion
Exchanges may be denied if the item shows wear, damage, or modification.
Final Sale Items
The following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Close-out or final sale items
- Custom-cut or altered stones
- Items damaged while in the client’s possession
Condition Standards
Each gemstone is inspected before shipment and again upon return.
Damage during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt.
If damage or alteration (scratches, chips, abrasions, etc.) occurs while in your possession, your eligibility for return or refund may be affected.
Shipping & Insurance
Clients may provide their own shipping labels for outgoing or return shipments.
If using your own label:
- You are responsible for full insurance coverage
- Noelle Habib is not liable for uninsured, underinsured, or untracked shipments
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
