Noelle Habib is a second generation colored gemstone dealer and founder of her eponymous company, known for its exceptional stones and refined, relationship-driven approach. Raised between gemstone offices and global sourcing trips, she inherited her love of travel and gem hunting  from her father, while her mother, a jewelry designer and gemologis ,instilled in her an intuitive understanding of color, composition, and design.

After years immersed in the family business, Kaiser Gems, Noelle launched her own venture in 2018, relocating from Los Angeles to San Francisco with a vision to reframe the experience of sourcing colored gemstones. Her work bridges technical expertise in rough selection and gemstone cutting with a highly attuned creative perspective, guiding designers in shaping collections that feel both cohesive and distinctive.

Grounded in a dedicated meditation practice, Noelle brings a sense of clarity, intention, and presence to her work. In an industry historically dominated by men, she is committed to supporting and collaborating with women while cultivating long-term, trust- based partnerships.
