She began her career alongside her father as Managing Director at Kaiser Gems, a renowned multinational colored gemstone house and lapidary. This rich legacy in the gemstone industry has equipped Noelle with invaluable experience in overseeing the entire process of gemstone sourcing and production, from rough stones to exquisite cuts.
